New Orleans: Sound of Drifting Shadows opens on Thursday, September 7th, 2023, at O’Kane Gallery, University of Houston-Downtown. Artist’s talk is scheduled for Thursday, October 5th. The exhibit is on view through October 19th, 2023.

Louisiana Contemporary opens on August 5, 2023, to coincide with White Linen Night, with free admission 5-9pm. Register for either 11am or 2pm guided tour with this year’s guest juror Aleesa Pitchamarn Alexander.

LeMieux Galleries’ group show, FAMILY, celebrates Christy Wood’s and Jordan Blanton’s 5th anniversary as co-owners, as well as Christy’s 20th year at the gallery. Both the gallery and the artists will donate part of the proceeds to area organizations, Silence is Violence and The Greater New Orleans Fair Housing Action Center.

Quite a few of my most recent paintings will be at the Second Story Gallery in January and February. I’m excited to be a part of this group show, and it runs through the Saturday after Mardi Gras

Carroll Gallery presents an exhibition of work by the full studio art faculty of the Newcomb Art Department, Mentors. One of my recent paintings is included in this show.

Every third Monday of the month, Unlikely Salons invites a literary and a visual artist to present their work. Unlikely Salons is a part of Unlikely Stories, and has invited me and poet Megan Burns for the event on August 19.
