Far Side of the Morning

A series of urban nocturnes in Far Side of the Morning acts as reminders of the past and anticipates what the future might hold, for what is here today could vanish at any time. Applied with brayers and squeegeed away in part, thin layers of oil paint create the illusion of harsh neon signs and dimly lit street corners. As the darkness swallows up familiar structures, a new perspective emerges among haze and blur.
